#trashouttuesday / when your heart just isn’t in it

the daily Starr trash out tuesday

Today I did work on the clutter in our home, specifically in our master bedroom. Brian came home and couldn’t believe it was actually our house! HA! Too bad I didn’t have time to stop and take any photos. Ooops.

Can I stop here and be honest with you tonight?

My heart isn’t in blogging right now. I’m completely distracted by a situation in our family with one of our loved ones in Tennessee that is very sick. I’m heartbroken that our family is walking through this and I feel helpless being 5 hours away.

Mom and I traveled to Tennessee briefly last week as soon as we found out. The situation is not good, our family is exhausted and we need a miracle. Would you pray for the Peddicords tonight? My Uncle Steve needs healing in his body.

There are so many others that come to mind that need a touch from God. My heart is burdened and tonight I stop to pray.

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” ~ Isaiah 41:10

  1. Starr, praying. Most Holy Lord you know this situation well. We are asking for your hand on healing on Uncle Steve. Lord we know with just a touch you can restore. Father we trust you and know you have the perfect plan. We also ask for comfort and strenght for Starr and her entire. Flood her with the joy of knowing YOU ARE IN CONTROL. We give you all the praise LORD.
Starr praying for you and your family.

  2. 💜🙏Let’s just admit sometimes life is so so sad! Storms come in and sweep us off our feet. The world keeps turning and it is so hard to put on a smiley face and pretend everything is so wonderful. especially when we see our loved ones walking through these valleys..But through the darkness we can see a small glimmer of light and the more we press on the light gets brighter! And Jesus whispers I am with you, I promised to never leave or forsake you..((Your not Home yet!)) By and By everything is going to be all right..I love you Start! I Love Deb and Steve so much…Casey and Zack💜
