Being honest here on the blog tonight.
I could have rushed home late this evening, stressed to the max, and figured out some kind of clutter in this house to get rid of and feature on the blog.
That didn’t happen.
Instead, I’m recognizing the fact that I need more sleep.
I’m snapping at my kids too often. I’m not thinking straight. I’m exhausted and needing caffeine to get me through the day. This is not the way to live – at least not long term.
So tonight, I rest.

We only have one life. We only have 24 hours. I’m pretty sure God intended for us to sleep more than 4-6 hours on average per night, right??? Right.
This is me closing my laptop as soon as I send out the blog. No social media. No work. No late night snacking. Just sleep. Sweet, sweet sleep. Yes and AMEN.
