This photo explains what our week has felt like:
Real life, people. This was what we look like on #funfriday with 1 hour left of an 8 hour day of Real Estate Continuing Education classes. Bless.
Thankfully, tonight we didn’t have any kind of agenda except to gather for sundown at the property and share a meal with friends who love us just as we are.
AND GOOD THING!
‘Cause it was a hot mess. I lost the lighter to heat up the grill and we had to go to the neighbor’s house and borrow one in order to get dinner started. Yep, one of those days.
Tonight I come to you and admit that I didn’t have my life together today. I didn’t have everything perfect. Not even close.
Instead, we were loved, imperfections and all. Don’t you just love friends like that? Friends you can be yourself with and they still stick around.
I don’t have any photos from tonight, so I searched through my photos to celebrate our friendship.
Kelley’s – we’re so thankful for you. And I cherish watching our kids grow up in front of our very eyes. May they always continue these friendships forever.
Find your tribe. Love your people. Accept them always. And make time to gather.
