This is my people.
And this is what we do.
Our newest family tradition is to celebrate sundown at OHI (Old Haigler Inn).
We gathered at our property right in time to catch the last hour of sunlight together.
Sundown is simple – it’s all about gathering and celebrating the end of the day together.
I’d say the kiddos are loving having land to roam. We are too!
After sunset, we started our first fire.
They love my Brain.
Have you ever thought about having a sundown tradition? Gather your people and give thanks for another day. There is no better way to end the day.
This is a tradition we intend to keep and invite you to come and experience sundown at OHI soon!

Amen to your verse. Sometimes I try to make it my battle, which is a control issue.
When I let it go , great relief knowing I don’t have to control. Because my God can take care of everything better than I.
