#thirstythursday / whatever you’re going through – overcome

the daily Starr thirsty thursday

I’m not sure what you’re facing tonight. I do know this – we all have something.

Everyone has a story. Everyone has a struggle.

We might hide it, we might run from it.

Whatever that thing is that you can’t get off your mind, I challenge you to leave it here at His feet.

Your brokenness. Your failures. Your disappointment. Your expectations.

Leave it all.

Right now.

I am Yours
I am Yours
Forevermore
I am Yours

I’m right here with you. Leaving my need for approval and my constant want for control – at His feet.

It’s time for a new thing.

“Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. – Isaiah 43:18-19 ESV

  1. Good morning sunshine Thank you I love this blog. Needed this. Amen Love y’all have a great day 😍

      1. Going through a rough patch. Need a less stressful job. Grant is 14 tomorrow and sick( Walking Pneumonia). So behind. Will be in High School next year. 9th grade. Unbelievable. I am just at wits end. Have you ever felt that way? Just helpless? Hopeless. I have an interview Friday at 1 CST. I really want to do some chart reviewing. In June i will have been a Nurse for 25 years. I really appreciate the prayer. And I am so excited for you all with the new project. Praying for you too. Thanks for being you and being there. God uses you in mighty ways. Love ya, Gina.

      2. I have been there many times, friend. Many times. I’m praying for you and your job. Asking God to reveal to you in due time what He has ahead. So thankful for you!
