Goals. Goals. Goals. January came and everyone made their list of goals for 2018.
Anyone else feel like this???
HA! That’s funny, and sometimes true.
I actually do believe in setting goals – especially goals you can measure and that you write down. If you don’t write them down you will forget. And if they aren’t specific and measurable, then you’ll never know if you actually met the goal.
All that to say – this year I’m doing things a bit different.
Instead of big goals I’m focusing on the small daily (or weekly/monthly) habits that will get me where I want to be at the end of 2018.
A habit is defined as –
hab·itˈhabət/nouna settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.
Yes, I want to make habits in the good way – a regular tendency or practice that is hard to give up!
It’s mid-to-late-February and that’s TOTALLY OK. You can start a list anytime, not just January!
Here we go –
