#1wordwednesday / Starr’s List of 2018 {HABITS}

the daily Starr blog Starr haigler 8

Goals. Goals. Goals. January came and everyone made their list of goals for 2018.

Anyone else feel like this???

HA! That’s funny, and sometimes true.

I actually do believe in setting goals – especially goals you can measure and that you write down. If you don’t write them down you will forget. And if they aren’t specific and measurable, then you’ll never know if you actually met the goal.

All that to say – this year I’m doing things a bit different.

Instead of big goals I’m focusing on the small daily (or weekly/monthly) habits that will get me where I want to be at the end of 2018.

A habit is defined as –

hab·it
ˈhabət/
noun
a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.

Yes, I want to make habits in the good way – a regular tendency or practice that is hard to give up!

It’s mid-to-late-February and that’s TOTALLY OK. You can start a list anytime, not just January!

Here we go –

Starr's List of 2018 {HABITS}

How about you? Do you have any daily/weekly/monthly habit goals that will help you make real progress in 2018?

Join me! Write those habits down. Make a list. Then keep that list in front of you constantly so that you can check the items off as you go.

Let’s make 2018 one we won’t forget.
