And now white:
As you can see, we’re definitely still in progress on this one. Still to do on the exterior: finish the shutters, paint the door, add landscaping and clean up the leaves.
I’m already LOVING how bright and happy this house is starting to feel.
On the inside, you’ll remember this is the one with blue quartz countertops that we’re working to keep since that material is super expensive and the previous owner had them installed. We painted the cabinets and are currently installing a modern Spanish tile backsplash.

Currently:
The tile is done and the grout is going up shortly. I’m LOVING it. My father in law isn’t so sure yet…hahah!

Currently:
This tile is from Floor & Decor – it’s called Vestige Natural and only $2.99 per square foot.
Also, we just had the existing hardwood floors refinished and they are looking AHMAZING!
I can’t wait to get this one wrapped up and have our final reveal in a few weeks. Stay tuned!
