We just picked out some new flooring for our latest flip this week and I’d like to introduce you to the latest craze in flooring – luxury vinyl plank (LVP).
I don’t have the color for the flooring in the photo above, but I will find out and update this post later.
We picked out a color almost identical to this one above.
Here is why LVP is becoming the most loved flooring:
- more durable than hardwood or laminate
- won’t be ruined by water spots or spills
- less expensive than hardwood or laminate
- looks JUST like hardwood plank flooring
As we’re figuring out flooring for our future properties, this type of flooring is going to the top of my list.

My hair salon has this or something very similar and they love it. It has been in 3 or 4 months and the stylist love it. They say it is much easier on their feet and legs. I also agree that it is the future in floor covering.
