To some, today is allll about shopping for Black Friday.
The crazy Target lady still cracks me up every time!!
For our family, it’s more about spontaneous ways to have fun and continue our weekly celebration that is the much-anticipated #funfriday!
On a crazy whim, we gathered in our neighborhood park as the sun was setting to drink hot apple cider, hot chocolate and roast marshmallows over the fire!
Oh, we had sooo much fun! Old friends stopped by to say hello and catch up, and we made new friends in our neighborhood at the same time. Guys, when was the last time you went to the park and invited anyone and everyone to come along and join you?? We don’t do this near enough. We’re gonna do more of this.
It was kind of like a spontaneous pop-up #funfriday with friends! This was fantastic!!! And a great way to teach our kids to share with others at the same time.
Then we gathered to eat Thanksgiving leftovers and play a little holiday BINGO!
The night finished off with a little Family Feud in the living room at mom and dad’s house. GUYYYSSS!! This game is hilarious. It’s currently at the 5 Below store for $5 and worth every penny for a night of laughter and fun.
This is what family traditions are all about – spending time with those we love.
