Tonight I issued a simple challenge to our entire family for 1 week:
no [COMPLAINING].
None. Zilch. Zip. Nada.
Each time we complain, we have to switch our purple bracelet from one arm to the other.
Chloe’s words of wisdom: “You don’t realize how much you complain until you start doing this!”
Exactly, my dear.
And that is the very point of this week’s #1wordwednesday challenge.
Oh, Kylie. You make my heart smile.
We’re all in this challenge together. Each time we catch ourselves, or each other, complaining – we’ll say the magic words, “Switch your bracelet!”
Let the family fun begin! Won’t you join us?
“What you're supposed to do when you don't like a thing is change it. If you can't change it, change the way you think about it. Don't complain.” ― Maya Angelou
