that’s a wrap – my biggest AH-HA from October

For 31 days, I’ve slowed life down to focus on a different topic.

God has used this month to teach me unexpected lessons and I’ve realized there is much to be learned in slowing down and ridding our lives of the excess and distractions.

Does that mean I’m the expert now?

Nope.

Actually, the opposite has happened.

I’ve discovered that there is more to come as I continually #clearthestage in my life.

My biggest ah-ha?

This journey to slow down and fight when the world pushes constant busy is one that will never end.

This is a daily battle. This is a priority. This is worth the fight.

Although this month of writing about #clearthestage is over, I know this topic will stay.

“Maybe every once in a while we can take a break from doing everything faster and quicker to reflect on who we are and where we are going.”
― Joe Plumeri

“Don’t be in a hurry to achieve your dreams. Take a day to play with your kids and relax – your dreams will still be there tomorrow.”
― Lindsey Rietzsch

“Strange, what being forced to slow down could do to a person.”
― Nicholas Sparks

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Hebrews 12:1

I’m ready to run the race marked out for me – all while remembering to #clearthestage.
