#bestillmama rule No. 3 – {EMBRACE} whatever season you’re in

the daily Starr blog Starr haigler 8

Today’s #1wordwednesday is something I constantly struggle with in my everyday life.

{EMBRACE} whatever season you're in.

Dear Starr –

Don’t be anxious about tomorrow.
Don’t worry about yesterday.
Don’t regret what happened in the past.
Don’t get stuck on replaying what you should have done better or should have said differently.
Don’t wish your life away and miss the blessings in front of your very nose.

{EMBRACE} today, for today is all we have right here and right now. And no one knows what tomorrow may bring, only the good Father above.

#bestillmama – {EMBRACE} today and slow down.

I want to {EMRACE} my children and take time to watch the trains or paint their fingernails.

I want to {EMBRACE} my husband and linger in his arms a little longer and remind him he’s the love of my life.

I want to {EMBRACE} this season – even with the difficult moments, chaotic, messy house and sometimes sleepless nights.

I want to {EMBRACE} exactly who I am and stop trying to be everyone else. God made me Starr and it’s time I enjoyed being her a little more every day.

How about you? How can you {EMBRACE} this season, whatever it may be?
