#slowitdownSunday / if you’re overwhelmed, slow down for the next 5 min

the daily Starr slow it down Sunday

There’s something about the name of Jesus.

What a beautiful name.

What a wonderful name.

What a powerful name.

If you’re in a place of feeling overwhelmed by the cares of this world, you’re not alone.

There’s one thing you can do immediately on this #slowitdownSunday – stop and call on His name.

This song will certainly take you right to Him. Let this message soak into your weary heart and believe that His name changes everything.

PS – I’m a bit partial to this video. This group belongs to my Alma-mater, Lee University. This song was filmed on campus at the Lee Chapel. What a beautiful name!!

  1. How beautiful. The Name of Jesus is so powerful and to hear it used the way it is these days by so many people makes me so sad. When they sing “you have no rival you have no equal”, it just gives me chills to remember this. I love this group and the song. Thanks for sharing Starr.

    • I agree! His name is so sacred and I want to do everything I can to lift His name up. You’re welcome! The group is Voices of Lee and you can find all kinds of videos on YouTube of their songs.
