#1wordwednesday / walking A W A Y

I came across this quote last week and it’s SOO good.

Let that sink in for a minute.

We’re not meant to do it all.
There are actually things not meant for us in this world, believe it or not.

We are meant to walk A W A Y.

I’m facing this reality right now. I can’t continue to do everything I currently do and expect to be available to build a massive village of a property, open my own shop with a cafe on the side and manage the oversight of event rentals.

Yeah.

So, that means I have to begin to let my tight hands slowly open, let up some of my control and begin to walk A W A Y.

That even means walking away from some of the things I love most…

That’s the hardest part, isn’t it?

Have you ever learned to listen to the sound of your feet walking away from something that wasn’t meant from you? It’s a scary sound, but can end up being like a sweet symphony playing in our ears. When we pray for wisdom to know when to say yes and when to walk away, God honors our steps with putting our feet exactly where they were meant to be.
