Today’s #makeovermonday features our latest fixer upper project – a cute little cottage on Coventry Drive in Indian Trail, NC.

I thought it might be fun to go through the entire house with before and after shots – because really – we all LOVE a good before and after!

We’ll start with the outside.

This color combination of exterior paints came from Pinterest, believe it or not.

Next, let’s take a look at the kitchen in our ummmm adorable cottage of our own…

Brian wouldn’t let me have that table. In his words, “Too gross.”

No comment.

I mean really, is this the same house??

Now, on to the guest bathroom.

My father-in-law gets MAN OF THE YEAR for cleaning that shower. Yes, I said cleaning. It’s the SAME SHOWER, PEOPLE. Look again.

My mother-in-law helped. She gets Woman of the Year. Yes, indeed. Y’all thought houses like these only existed on television. Nope.

The Master bathroom is up next:

Goodness. I love that bathroom set up! I wish we had that in our house.

Now to the Master bedroom. They left a bit of furniture and I’m pretty sure Brian neglected to tell me because I totally would have gone by and picked up that little wooden side table.

Lastly, to the Living room area.

The back view of the home is totally different as well.

This one has been fun (well, don’t ask my in-laws if they thought it was fun…).

I’m happy to report that this flip went FAST.

We listed the property on Friday morning around 9:30am. Within 12 hours, we had 14 showings completed and 3 offers. Oh, and 5 more scheduled showings that didn’t happen on Saturday because we have 1 cute cottage on Coventry Under Contract!! Wooohooo!
