Belly fat. Bah humbug.
Today I’m not talking about trashing out the clutter, but rather trashing out the belly fat.
This is the area I struggle most with in my body and my self-image.
I don’t like that it still looks as though I could be having another baby…when I’M NOT!!!
So, what am I going to do about it?
When the pain gets great enough, we act.
I’m tired of my clothes not fitting.
Here’s the thing – I know what to do. I know what to eat. I know things that have worked before.
I JUST DON’T DO THEM!!
Am I alone??
Time to change.
Time to do things differently.
In 40 or so days I’ll be celebrating my 13th anniversary with my man on a beach and I really want the belly fat to be less.
Time to start. Right now.
I found a pretty good article tonight and it has some great doable suggestions that don’t require gyms, expensive equipment or a diet of only protein shakes. Been there. Done that. Got a t-shirt.
