Ask a kid a question and you never know what you’ll get!!
Especially if you’re in a large group of people – expect that they’ll likely embarrass the mess out of you. I’m getting used to that.
Here’s a question to spark conversation around your dinner table tonight on this #1wordwednesday:
What makes you happy?
You don’t have to ask a kid – you could ask anyone.
What if more of us asked the ones we loved this question and THEN we did those things – ya know – that made our loved ones happy.
The world is a crazy and sometimes sad place. I’m choosing to focus on the positive when possible and help my people be a little more happy.
How about you?
What makes you happy, friend?
I’m happiest when my calendar is wide open and I’m not trying to rush to the next thing, usually running late.
Speaking of – I need to get home to my family. Happy conversations to you!
“I am determined to be cheerful and happy in whatever situation I may find myself. For I have learned that the greater part of our misery or unhappiness is determined not by our circumstance but by our disposition.” – Martha Washington
