#shareitsaturday / do you have static in your hair too?

A recent visit to my hair dresser and she couldn’t believe it.

The static in my hair.

What is up? This is not something that happens to me only in the winter time. No, it is a year round problem. Since high school, y’all.

And it seems I’ve passed it down to my daughters.

Brush our hair and it sticks up, sticks to our faces, sticks to just about everything.

I can’t even go try on clothes (not like I need to buy any new clothes, but anyways!).

Maybe we are just a weird electrical family, I don’t know!

For today’s #shareitsaturday I introduce to you the one and only product that I have found to help our static clingy hair.

In our house, we call it “the blue stuff”:

the conditioner the daily Starr

Note: This product can ONLY be purchased in one place, Sally Beauty Supply. It is their Generic brand for Paul Mitchell The Conditioner. It’s around $6 and this bottle will last us 2-3 months with me and my 2 daughters using it everyday.

It is a leave in conditioner that we put on towel dried hair before blow drying. I don’t put it near the roots, just run it along the sides and bottoms and then comb through.

Important side note: I went to Sally and about lost it one Saturday because they DIDN’T have our blue stuff!!! Oh nooooo! I mean really, I’ve used this stuff for almost 20 years!! I decided to buy the Paul Mitchell name brand and it was seriously not the same. I had static. For days. Don’t do it.

Go get rid of your static-y hair with some blue stuff!

Proverb of the Day:
The wicked run away when no one is chasing them, but the godly are as bold as lions. [Proverbs 28:1 NLT]
