#1wordwednesday / BOTTLE

Bottle.

As in, bottle-up.

That’s the word that has been on my mind all afternoon. And it remains tonight.

I wish so badly that I could bottle up the song that is coming through my radio right at this moment.

For the past 21 years a little local Christian radio station by the name of New Life 91.9 has impacted my life in more ways than I could ever describe to you.

I wish I could bottle up the sound.

I wish I could bottle up the joy.

I wish I could bottle up the emotion.

I wish I could bottle up every time just the right song played at JUST the right moment.

Bottle.

Tomorrow marks the end of ministry for this team as they know it now.

But I just know God has amazing things ahead. And yes, even in the midst of it all, God is still in control.

And y’all: I wish so badly I could bottle up the afternoons full of laughter I had with this mentor of mine…

[He said something about these photos not showing up on the internet..blah blah blah…shhhh!!]

The memories will be bottled-up inside my heart for many years to come.

Thank you, New Life, for everything!

Keep the staff and families of New Life 91.9 in your prayers this Christmas.
